In addition to internet leads, Omaha’s Elite offers additional resources to our agents to help them make more money in less time with less energy. One of those tools is www.Sisu.com, which allows our agents to track each and every call and provide them with nice dashboards where they can see how many sales they’ve had year to date, how much potential income they’ll earn from their pending sales, how much they’ve earned from their closed sales, and more information that empowers them to make better decisions when it comes to goal-setting.
We also use a dialing system called Mojo Dialer. Mojo allows our agents to make three dials at any given time, which in turn allows them to make three times as many calls per hour. We average at about 100 outbound calls using this system. Additionally, we use the system called Vulcan7, which provides us with real-time expired and For Sale By Owner data if our agents want to make outbound prospecting calls to those demographics.
We know the value of staying in constant contact with our sphere of influence, so we’ve provided our agents with an account with Vyral Marketing, which sends out an email every two weeks and helps them to create video blogs that provide value in the residential real estate space.
