In an effort to bring greater value to our agents and offset our marketing spend, we’ve established what we call “strategic partnerships” with a multitude of service providers associated with the real estate process. By doing this, we’ve allowed our agents to hear each vendor’s unique product and service offerings firsthand. It’s also eliminated some marketing spend, which has promoted greater lead generation for our agents.
For those assembling a brokerage or team, forming strategic relationships with lenders and vendors is a surefire way to bring more value to your agents and the clients they serve.
