Make a 3-D Virtual Tour of Your Listing With Our State-of-the-Art Camera

We recently purchased a new camera that provides virtual tours of our sellers’ homes and helps their marketability tremendously.

Our team recently invested in an $8,000 state-of-the-art camera that helps our sellers tremendously with marketing their property.

This camera takes 3-D pictures every two feet throughout your entire home. As that gets stitched together, it provides a virtual tour. If someone has Oculus goggles, Google Cardboard, or they want to go through your property on their cell phone, they’ll be able to actually feel like they’re inside it the first time they look at it online.

With this camera, buyers can feel like they’re inside your home the first time they look at it online.

This makes their first showing feel like a second opportunity seeing your house. The greatest advantage to this is we can virtually let people into your home 24/7, and when someone physically walks through its doors, they’re not wasting their time because they’ve already taken a tour of it.

If you’d like to see some examples of these virtual tours, visit the “Our Listings” section right here on our website and click on “Virtual Tour” underneath the listing pictures.

If you have any other questions about the technologies we use to maximize your home sale or you have any other real estate needs we can take care of, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’d be happy to help you.
