How to Maintain Accountability

    Another key component of our success at Omaha’s Elite Real Estate Group is accountability coaches. We’ve found that there’s a lot of value in sitting down with agents on a weekly basis and holding them accountable to the goals they’ve set for themselves, and we’ve created a proven system to do just that. With this system, each agent is accountable for weekly, monthly, and yearly life goals, and by reverse engineering their call goals to match their income goals, they know how hard they need to work.
