“I found Mike when I was starting to look for homes 3.5 years ago. I have extreme anxiety and the whole process, at first, was too much for me. Mike stayed in touch through those years to just check in and make sure his emails of homes that matched my search criteria were still appreciated and/or needed. I think I looked at every one of the emails he sent me. In December we decided that we would sell our home and buy a new home that fit our family's size. Because Mike had stayed in touch with me for 3 years and was extremely patient, he was our choice. I was so anxious about the initial walk-through of our home. To us, it wasn't a good home. Not because it wasn't a good home in general, it just wasn't for our family anymore. Mike walked through and he said, "Okay, we can sell this in a week". We were in disbelief but something about his knowledge and confidence of the market allowed us to trust him. We went looking for homes for a few weeks while we decluttered and made some minor improvements to our home. We found our dream home. The home was a suggestion of Mike's, Actually. After our minds were made up, Mike knew what to do and he went to work. He put in our offer and gave us tips on when we should list our home. I am for sure he had a good pulse on the market. We listed our home the following Monday and he said he felt good and we would sell it in a week. I didn't believe him when he said we would sell our home in a week but, we did indeed sell our home in a week... it was more like - a day! Does that happen often? Probably not. But it did for us. The process is a lot of work but Mike's communication throughout was very much appreciated and helpful. I would strongly recommend Mike Tesnar to any of my friends, family, or a stranger I overheard that is in the market to buy/sell a home.”
